Hi everyone, this will be our second visit to Japan. We’re flying in March to Narita airport and will have a total of 26 days to travel through Japan! So far we’ve established an itinerary that consists out of the places we atleast would like to visit and some day trips. Last visit we visited Osaka for a longer period of time, we’ve decided to skip it this trip.
We’re hoping for some feedback on our so far planned itinerary. Our goal is to maintain a relaxed pace while still visiting lots of different places. We’ve included some more rural areas this trip. Feedback and recommendations appreciated!
**19 March – 27 March in tokyo**
Arrive in the afternoon
Stay in Shinjuku Kabukicho. Explore neighborhoods such as Shibuya, Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Shimokitazawa. Maybe watch sumo match if possible?

Stay in Ryokan for 1 night. Train back to Tokyo and shinkansen to Hiroshima arrive at around 15.00?
