Well, long story short, i cant use my physical mastercard card, however i have all the details, i have signed the the card on Google Pay, but im having a hard time trying to pay with it, my phone doesnt have Osafu Keitai, am i still able to pay with it? Has anyone ever done this? What can i do?

pretty sure you need osaifu keitai to do anything payment related here.
you *might* be able to use your registered card in PayWave mode (or whatever is equivalent for Mastercard) but from my limited testing very few places support it, and here in Japan it might depend on the osaifu/felica stuff anyway.

GPay works if the shop has a touch reader and accepts Visa Touch or whatever it’s called. It’s always a bit hit and miss as to where accepts touch payment though – more often than not you have to put the card in the slot. Self Rejis are usually the best bet. You can also add a virtual Visa to GPay from Line Pay – so even if the shop doesn’t accept Line Pay via the barcode you can touch and pay. My UK phone works fine with both these payments.
Does your phone has NFC? If yes you can use it. If no then open a PayPay account and add your card details to it and scan to pay.
