I’ll be moving to Japan for a few months and , for insurance reasons, I need medical bills to have my home Tax ID number (or Fiscal ID number). I was wondering if there is any problems with asking them to pass a receipt with it? Is it a common request? Do they give us a new tax id number that we are required to use instead?
