Trying to make a bill payment with the yuucho app, but can’t find a branch

Hello,

I’m trying to make a bill payment with the yuucho app, but the stupid thing doesn’t want to find a specific branch I’m trying to make a payment through.

The bank is 三菱UFJ and the branch is 元住吉支店。I have tried every kana and kanji combination I can think of.

Here’s the screen I’m stuck on: https://files.catbox.moe/th64lb.png

  1. You need to use full-width katakana, not hiragana. Welcome to the high-end world of Japanese web ui design.

  2. Just to save you more crying, here are more tips:

sometimes even numbers they want them in full width.

Also if you write your name for identity verification or to use with a financial institution. Write it same as it appears in your residence card case sensitive. Same for address, don’t waste time abbreviating your address or putting room number in another order even if the form field tell you different.

E.g. write building name and room number

But your card has room number then building name. Do like that card.

Be also aware that some forms expire fast and they’ll only tell you that at the end. So don’t waste too much time.

Never hit the back button ir refresh page in the middle of a form and sometimes while logged in. Some services also hate you if you don’t log out and come back later.

Some important services only accept max 8 characters alphanumeric password.
