I will be applying for a whv to go and do a snow season in Japan for the 23/24 season. Do I need to go through an agency to find work? Would it be too difficult to sort out work and accommodation myself? Would the money be better if I find work myself or go through an agency? If anyone has done it all themselves I would love to hear your experience and some advice
