Hi!
I recently changed residence address.
I have my health insurance card (pale blue) where on the back it is written my old address in pen.
How can i change the address on the back to the new residence address?
Should i give it back to my Company to ask for a new card, only to write the new address on the back?
Thanks!

The exact process likely depends on your health insurance provider, but HR should be your first point of contact.
I think you draw two horizontal lines over old address and write new one above.
This is from kenpo site
You can verify though with your company to be sure.
You are supposed to write your address on the back?
