You really need to try drilling the cards for a while to see if you like the cards, then tweak from there.
Cards typically test one concept. This card seems to be testing the Japanese pronunciation and English meaning, so might be broken into two cards?
On the back, the furigana is really small but the pronunciation is really important. Maybe increase the size of the kana. Do you need the kanji stroke order here (are you also learning to write kanji?)?
On the front, I make the words pretty big but that is personal preference. Anki is very flexible with respect to nice formatting.
