2 Week Activity Itinerary: Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hakone

Hello, below is my itinerary so far, and I think I need the most guidance for Hakone and Tokyo. Thank you in advance!

Day 1
* arrive in afternoon at Narita airport and go to the Pokemon shop there
* Tokyo station character street

Day 2
* Travel from Tokyo to Kyoto, but go to navy base and Fujinokuni Cha no Miyako Museum on the way to get hands-on tea learning experience as well as blend tea and grind matcha

Day 3
* Wazuka tea farm in the morning
* Kyoto shopping afterwards (Sanrio, Kiddyland, Disney, Lush, and if time go to the Pokemon Center)

Day 4
* Fushimi Inari Taisha, hoping to get there around 5 or 6 am
* Toji Temple market
* monkey park and Rilakuma tea house
* shopping (Pokemon Center if didn’t go yesterday, and Fukujuen tea and Ochikochiya)
* if time before or after tea ceremony: mini pig cafe (0.5 hour) and/or otter cafe (1 hour)
* kimono and tea ceremony (5pm, ends at 6:30)
* if time after tea ceremony and cafes: kimono/yukata shopping (Musubi Kyoto, Harajuku Chicago)
* Yasaka shrine at night

Day 5
* wake up early and go to gardens and temples (Yasaka Shrine, Maruyama Park, Hojo Garden)
* Kyoto Ninenzaka Yasaka Chaya Starbucks and nearby shops
* Thousand Stone Buddha and nearby temples
* Ippodo Tea
* travel to Osaka
* Pokemon cafe and Rikuro cheesecake at Parco Shinsaibashi
* Pokemon Center
* Dotonbori street

Day 6
* Universal Studios
* Solaniwa Onsen

Day 7
* Ghibli Park
* travel to Hakone

Day 8
* Amazake Tea House
* Izunokuni tea picking (11am-12pm)
* Hakone ropeway? (Open for ideas to get views of Mt. Fuji if the day is clear)
* Tenzan Onsen if there’s time (also open to recommendations of other onsen)

Day 9
* Sanrio Puroland (closes at 5pm)
* Starbucks reserve roastery
* Shibuya sky, Nintendo store, and Pokemon Center
* see Akihabara at night

Day 10
* Meiji Jingu early in the morning
* shopping on Takeshita Street and owl cafe
* if didn’t go in Kyoto: otter or mini pig cafe
* Kiddyland (largest location in Japan)
* Sakurai tea
* if time: team lab planets or shopping near Tokyo station (Sanrio World, Pokemon Center)

Day 11
* Sunshine City in Toshima (Gashapon, Pokemon Center and sweets)
* Shinjuku shopping: Lush (I think I read somewhere it’s the largest location in Asia) and Disney (also think I read it’s the largest store location in Japan)
* if time and didn’t go yesterday: team lab planets or shopping near Tokyo station (Sanrio World, Pokemon Center)

Day 12
* Asakusa (Senso-ji, Nakamise shopping street, flower miffy)
* Tokyo Skytree, eat at Kirby Cafe and shop at Pokemon Center
* shop at Yamashiroya

Day 13
* Disney sea
* Oedo Onsen
* Toy story hotel

Day 14
* Disney land
Toy story hotel

Day 15
* leave in afternoon

Any night that there’s time, try to go to nearby Don Quijote and arcades.

If you’ve already booked then ignore this, but landing at narita to jump on an expensive shinkansen down to kyoto isn’t very cost effective, when I’ve done multi city visits I have landed at Kansai Airport in Osaka and took trains from there to osaka or kyoto to stay, then traveled across the country country to Tokyo for that part of my journey and flew back from Narita or Haneda
