Some dictionary apps will provide like the number for RTK for kanji to make it easy looking it up, but i have yet to find any that refer to the Kodansha Kanji Learners book. I use that over RTK and it would help me speed up my learning, as having to look in the back for stroke counts, hunt the kanji down, then go back and find the number takes too much time.
Any site out there that provides that?

You mean like [here](https://www.kakimashou.com/dictionary/character/%E8%BE%9E) under “References”?
Also, the “standard” kanji dict for Yomichan (KANJIDIC) has it, too, so if you have the kanji in your browser, you can simply hover over it and don’t even need to visit a website.
You mean something like [this](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/159nQbGlVMMzmyXWaDnPw2PJKHukr_LCPeOAqbnkoNiM/edit?usp=sharing)? It also includes KKLD 2ed, KKD, and Seeley&Henshall cross-references.
Edit: also, [the mobile version of KKLD 2ed](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kanji.cjki.kkld) has references to KKLC numbers too.
check out Kanji Study app on android by Chase Colburn i recommend it for anyone especially for people going through the KKLC order
