1. I think you can much better and cheaper even from Amazon.

2. Check out just one cookbook website and buy individually would be my guess

3. Thats not worth 100 bucks. More like 30-35 in an Asian Market.

4. all of these I ingredients can be purchased separately at a Japanese or good Asian market, or on Amazon for way less that the total price of the box. just purchase them separately then put them in a box.

5. Keep in mind this is missing two vital staples that honestly this box is useless without: sake, and mirin.

   The reason for this is alcohol transportation and import is a logistical nightmare. It’s usually easiest to get some brewed in your own country.
