Yep. This pretty much confirms my theory that Japan is clinging to its coronavirus neuroticism because it thinks it’s better than everyone else.
Effing Galapagos Syndrome. Not a bad thing? Try telling that to the families of people hospitalized for non-COVID reasons who continue to be denied access to their families and support networks because policy makers here don’t give a shit about their actual health and would sooner pander to the panicking masses.
