i suggest wanikani, they have lessons that will teach you radicals. radicals don’t really have official names per se, just words assigned to help you recognize them as elements of kanji (so i’ve been told).
Don’t mean to RTFM you but literally Google “kanji radicals” and there’s dozens of references with names and explanations
