I have no idea what 4koma is supposed to be so sorry if my answer doesn’t fit. But the christal Hunter mangas are for japanese beginners and there are guides to it on their website. Furigana aswell. Only looked over a couple of pages but it looks promising! Good luck on your labguage journey!
I feel like the popular 4 koma is hard to recommend to beginners because they often use puns as the punchline. And japanese puns are something else.
Not sure what you personally might be into, but remember you can always look up the beginning of any manga you might be into on Bookwalker or Amazon to see if it’s around your skill level or has furigana.
Anyways, only 4 koma series I’ve encountered that’s has everything in furigana is Nozaki-kun. Should be good for a beginner, although I remember getting lost when some art terms were thrown out.
My recommendation is to just look at the samples of any manga you might be interested in and see if you’re able to read them. Can’t think of many 4koma that are all furigana, but a lot of 4koma that aren’t all furigana still have it on less common words, like Tomo-chan is a Girl and Wataten. (Sometimes it’s a bit questionable what words they think are hard enough to put furigana on and what aren’t, but it is helpful most of the time) Anyways hope this helped a little.
In my opinion Aho Girl is the one with the best balance between accessibility for beginners, being dialogue heavy enough that you can actually learn some language from it, and being somewhat engaging for an adult to read.
