Does anyone have any interesting/funny stories about kanji?

One of my favorite escape room games is called nakayubi corporation. It wasn’t until one of their latest games where I saw the name in kanji (中指) that I got the joke, it made me giggle. I wonder if anyone else had any “ahhhhh I get it” realizations after learning kanji.

  1. Everytime 金玉 appeared on my wanikani app while I was publicly studying kanji on public transport in Japan…
