It may be possible, but think most positions advertised are probably pretty short term, a few months to maybe a year at most.
I signed up with them a while ago. Talked to one of their sales agents. Since I was looking for a freelance gig a few months down the line, I was told it was too early to apply, so we set another meeting for a few months later. Talked to the same person again, they showed me a few of the listings they had, I expressed interest in two of them. At the end of the meeting they told me they moved to a different team and someone else will be in charge to help me going forward.
The new person emailed me and asked me a bunch of questions I already answered when talking to their coworker. I replied anyway. The next response was more questions I already answered. At that point, they never introduced me to the companies I expressed interest in and kept asking me the same questions over and over so I stoppes replying.
Maybe not the average experience with findy freelance, but them not sharing the information I already provided made me lose faith in their service. As a middleman, they are supposed to make things easier for me, not harder.
It may be collecting people’s attention and making the platform more popular.
