This is nothing but an excuse to cut salaries.
Education is lacking and sexual harassment policies are vague and often unreasonable…such as accusations of staring and assumptions as to the intent. Its almost always guys and they are often confused as to why handsome, popular Ken did the same 20 times, but paunchy, unloved Osamu did it once and now he is the lieutenant of Satan.
If the wrong-doing was so bad and persistent they would just fire that person as unreformable….and they should.
But the point is they think they just found a popular way to cut salary expenses.
So you don’t get fired for sexual harrasment?
