  1. >1 pocket wifi for the group.

I would suggest at least two. Give one each to the most responsible people in the group. Most pocket wifi have a limit of 4 to 6 devices that can connect at any time.

    >7 Guys

Oof. You will very likely run into some difficulty trying to sit this many people at restaurants. Get reservations whenever you can and consider maybe splitting the group up when possible. Also keep in mind your manners. A group this large can get rowdy and loud and that is *incredibly* disrespectful (in general, but especially in Japan). Especially be sure to take up the least amount of space possible (don’t crowd sidewalks, hallways, trains, etc). Really, honestly, take a lot of extra care on how much space you all take up physically and how much noise you’re making.

    >Fushimi Inari in early morning

How early? It can take a couple of hours to get through all of Fushimi Inari. You should aim to get to Nishiki Market by no later than like 9 or 10 am

    >Muscle Girl Cafe

    Unironically hell yeah.

    >Cat Cafes

Okay this is a bit of a personal campaign for me but the animal cafes in Japan are incredibly fucked for the animals, so if you want to do this then do some research and see if you can find more “humane” ones.

  2. pocket wifi – make sure you have a powerbank to charge the pocket wifi. And know the distance range that it has before you lose connection. If esims are an option, i would highly suggest that each person get one.

also, i wouldn’t plan too much between your flight arriving in NRT and then departing for Osaka. You never know how much time you’ll be stuck in immigration for. Suggest that you at least exchange some currency prior to arrival. 7-11 ATMs and Japan Post ATMS have the best exchange rate and fees in my experience.

Some new attractions that I would highly suggest in Tokyo is the Small Worlds Museum (near-ish to Toyosu) and Art Aquarium (Ginza)

  3. Do you have your aiports mixed up? Narita is close to Tokyo. Kansai is close to Osaka. Takes about 6+ hours from Narita to Osaka.
