Recently I have started to consider moving to Tsukuba for better education opportunities for my kids. I visited a few places. I absolutely loved the open space and fresh air.
Any suggestions around Tsukuba station I should consider ?
Looking to purchase land and build a house or atleast buy a new Ikkodate.

Everything depends on whether you will buy a car or not. There are many excellent properties at the southern base of Mt. Tsukuba, even some cheap old onsen resorts, but the public transportation is spotty
