They are sold by Asakusa Nakamuraya. Not sure if they’ll ship it abroad.
Looks like a typical meibutsu omiyage which tend to be highly local and rarely sold outside of the location they are for, in this case Asakusa.
However, the type of cracker is an okoge senbei. Which you would be more likely to find online somewhere. They are a rice grain based cracker instead of rice flour, reminiscent of yaki onigiri in a senbei cracker form.
Looks like a caramely rice crispy treat. Are there any recipes for something like this?
