Applying to the PR without the receipts from the pension

Hi! I did pay the pension all the time, however I don’t have the receipts. I thought that it would be like taxes, I just get a document summarizing how much I paid at the city hall. But someone told me that I couldn’t reissue the pension receipts, or it wouldn’t have the same value:

領収書を捨ててしまった場合は、残念ながら再発行は出来ないと思います。

年金事務所に被保険者記録照会回答票を発行してもらえば、領収書を一部補完することができると思いますが、領収書と同じ証拠力はありません。

I would like to know if other people have been in the same case when applying for PR, and what I could do about it?

Thanks in advance!

  1. You can get a statement from the pension office.

If you are paying national pension directly, go to the one for the municipality in which you live.

If you are paying into the employees’ pension via your employer, go to the one for the municipality in which your office is based.

  2. You can login online to the pension website to get a screenshot of your payment history (or use your MyNumber card if you have one to log in).

  3. I do not remember exactly, but I think I was just submitting screenshot from nenkin-net website and it was fine.

I think it was one of options given by Immigration Office on their official document list.

  4. You don’t need physical reciepts. You can go to the official pension website, register an account, and then have access to your complete payment history. When I applied for PR I printed out the payment history directly from the website, and that was enough proof.

  5. on the pr page of the immigration the pension block has a link to their web. You need to register and you’ll get access to your payments in a week. It is also say to print that shit and apply with it
