Can I apply for JET if I’m from one of the eligible countries, but I’ve never lived in said country?

My father is from England but I have never actually lived in England. Do I still qualify to participate considering I’m still British and have a British passport? JET have not answered my emails for more than a week. Thanks!

From what I understand you will have to do the interview in person in that country. So make sure that you are able to get to the interview.
