Personal Trainer certifications in Japan

So I finally passed the N1 and I want somewhere to redirect all this time I formerly earmarked for study. I currently have a few certification with the International Sports Sciences Association, but I figured I would try to use that knowledge to try and get a certification in Japanese, and maybe explore that as a potential career. I know I could probably just put my ISSA certs on a business application, but it might be interesting (an useful) to learn the vocabulary and methodologies adopted here.

That said, I am curious what the prevailing certifications are here. What is a good certification to sign up for?

Anyway, I am hoping someone has some insight here.

  1. “personal trainer” is not a job that requires a certification in Japan, so this would largely be a waste of money if you already have the knowledge and experience to be one.
