Is this Costco in the States? I wonder if the UK Costco’s apply as farm raised salmon ‘grade A sushi’ is hard to come by where I’m living.
Try applying the fish and avocado at an angle next time instead of a straight 90°. Your fish will get more reach, you get more fish/avo variety per bite and it will look prettier
Cut and reshape it with your makisu.
