I have been trying to get in touch with someone, or even *anyone*, from Line Mobile, mainly because I’m having an issue with monthly payment methods which I need to deal with ASAP, because I won’t be staying in Japan for long.
However, what I come across are all just Q&As on the Line Mobile website. No phone number, no email address, nothing.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with their customer service (if they do have customer service, in case I missed anything)?

It’s a MVNO, of course they won’t have any human customer service. The best you could hope is an online お問い合わせ form that will be ignored for a few days/weeks.
