I’m looking for a new place and strongly considering this option. There’s an apartment for a really attractive price in quite a good location. I’m thinking about signing the contract before actually visiting the apartment (it’s still under renovation) in case someone snatches it from me.
Is there’s anyone who went with them, could you tell me how different your apartment looked on the pictures on their website compared to how it was when you moved in? I spoke with the agent and she told me that I should expect it to look similar like on the pics, but actually the photos, as well as the 360 view are there just for the reference.

Its the first place my family rented after moving to Japan 3 years ago, it was pretty identical to the pictures, in good condition. The only problem was the dirty exhaustor in the kitchen. But nothing cleaning didn’t resolve.
