Didn’t know I needed a post workout ramen but I do pity there’s none close

Is that healthy or proper though? Genuinely asking because I tend to just eat burgers/steaks/hotdogs or things that obviously have a lot of protein in them. I have a hard time believing ramen alone has everything you need to properly rebuild muscle after a workout unless it’s loaded with meat
