Pretty good! We have an almost similar itinerary for day 5! I can’t wait to explore nakano 😍 I’m going around October 🥰
Everyone I know who has gone to Ueno Zoo has found it depressing. It’s not a modern zoo but rather one from last century where the animals are not in the best of enclosures.
Day 4 looks light on. As your at Asakusa consider a river cruise to Odaiba or Hama Rikyu Garden which you have listed for other days. In Asakusa you can go to the free observation deck of the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Centre and look down on Senjoji Temple.
You could combine Enoshima Island with your Kamakura day we were shrined out. We took the Shonan Monorail travelling above streets to Shonan-Enoshima station for the experience as not an option where I live. If your lucky (very) you get a view of Mt. Fuji. The Observation Tower on the Island offers some really good views.
