Greetings one and all,
I shall be moving to the Fukuoka Prefecture fairly soon, for a little over a year. I will be arriving at the FUK airport. I already have a phone that should work with the Japanese phone frequency for most 4G and 3G signals, and possibly some 5G but if not that’s not really an issue for me.

As this will be my first time going to Japan, I obviously find myself in the predicament of I do not know what to choose for a monthly sim card plan. I was looking at GTN at first but they don’t seem to have a pickup location in Fukuoka based on what I could tell from their website.

So I’m looking for advice as to what SIM card companies do have options to apply for upon arrival at the FUK airport, or in a near by location in Fukuoka. I really don’t use much data, even on my current plan in the US, But id need something for both Data and Voice and SMS.

ps. I will be living in a semi-rural semi-urban area of Fukuoka prefecture, in Yame. If that maters for reception or provider or anything of the sort at all.
