Is this nigiri fresh?? Why is it so slimy and wet lol? And what tuna fish is this? It literally doesn’t smell like anything…

1. “What fish is this?” I mean, *you bought it*, yes? Do you not know what you ordered? 🙂 Ask them not us.

   Looks perfectly good to me.

   With respect to any moisture on it, nigiri is formed by hand and the chef will usually dampen their hands with a mixture of water and vinegar so they can make the sushi without rice sticking to their hands.

2. Fish should never be slimy, but it also shouldn’t smell.
