As an antiperspirant-user, I find it difficult to buy antiperspirants here. Bought stuff from Amazon twice and it turned out fake despite having positive reviews. Now I’m left with underarms that have Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It’s so annoying and this is one of the reasons why Japan sucks. That’s why I’m planning to just fry my sweat glands so I no longer need to buy antiperspirants from Amazon.
For those who have tried MiraDry, I have a few questions.
1. How much did it cost you?
2. Did it really work?
3. From which clinic did you get it?

Have you tried iherb? They have a ton of the usual American deodorant brands.
Sorry for not answering your question.
I had Miradry in Japan. But are you really telling me that Japan sucks because you reacted badly to antiperspirant? What was “fake” about it? Before I had Miradry I also had bad reactions to antiperspirants. Not Japan’s fault my friend.
Never used MiraDry, but I ordered some Odaban from Odaban’s website. They ship internationally. It has worked quite well. Not as amazing as the stuff I used back home (Drysol… talk about totally frying your sweat glands), but still good and has vastly reduced the unsightly sweat stains in summers here.
I always find it fascinating how in summer I am sweating like a pig and Japanese people look as cool as a cucumber
