We have couple of questions:

* Are the activities that we planned solid?
* Are we fitting too much in too little time for some days
* Is the JR Rail Pass worth it for 14 days?
* April 18th is a buffer day (just do nothing, laundry, shopping etc.) in case things are getting to crammed. Where do you reckon we should spend it?
* We also want to book kabuki theatre in Tokyo. Would this be too much?
* Any other must sees/ or things we should substitute with?
* Do the inside city (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) plans make sense? (no hotels booked but we will look for those close to major train stations to cut traveling time).

We would love to get your feedback on any activity and if there is anything else we should bear in mind.

  1. >* Ueno & Yanesen + cherry blossom

Just a heads up that sakura will bloom early this year, so you will probably just miss them. The prognosis says full bloom in mid March in Tokyo. Further north would still be full bloom while you’re here.
