MEXT Scholarship in Egypt started?

I was wondering wether the MEXT scholarship will start or not it Egypt, I’ve heard they will start the applications on the 22/04 which is Today/yesterday and when i go to the embassy website and to the “study in japan” section there is nothing about the scholarship although there is a schedule at the bottom of the page saying that for undergraduates the scholarship will start in April and end in May but they don’t specify when exactly
