Pretty straight forward, but I’d like to hear anecdotal evidence about any success or failure in ordering melatonin into Japan from the USA. My Japanese partner offered to order some through iherb, but it was restricted delivery.
I know as a hormone based supplement it is a controlled substance, so legalities aside Id like to know my chances of getting any in. Or for that matter somewhere where it might be available here, wink, wink. Thank you for any worthwhile input.

I got some from iHerb and there was no problem. They do have a limit to how much they can send though (because of Japanese laws and stuff).
I get melatonin from iHerb with no problem. The site has a huge selection of melatonin products, but about ⅓ of them are sold out at any given time, and the prices vary wildly from month to month.

You can order from iherb, there’s a limit to how much you can order in one go but the site itself will tell you if you hit it.
As others have mentioned, there’s a limit to how many you can buy, and I’ve also found that some individual supplements are not available here. I ordered this one last month.

I get mine from iherb too. I orde 60 tablets of 5mg each. Last time I went to the US I brought many bottles of hundreds, but already ran out.

Instead focus on producing melatonin naturally by avoiding blue light after sundown. Or CDB… CDB is legal in Japan.
Hi there, I’m always using iHerb. But… you can order it from Amazon America too. I tried once and some sellers dont have a limit and they send more than iHerb.
But you can also use Valerian Root or magnesium for insomnia.
Just be shure that DO NOT use Valerian Root with any other antidepressants or other sleep-promoting drugs.
For magnesium It is good to take magnesium 2 hours before going to sleep. I hope it works. Best regards
