I guess some context. I’ve made the stew and it’s delicious. It’s also dairy-free which is awesome because my kid is allergic to dairy. This is the first time I’ve fed him a “cream” dish! I used soy milk for the milk at the end of cooking and it worked great. Was just wondering if I can try something different this time around for him as I was planning to make pasta anyway. I just don’t want to waste the cubes if it’s not gonna work.
I think those would work better in pasta soup instead of just sauce. Make the stew normally and add macaroni or fusilli.
You can try it with leftovers of the stew that you made. Cook some pasta and add it just to test it out. Season it more if it’s a bit bland with the pasta.
It might be a bit bland but you could probably fix that with some ajinomoto
Get in some black pepper and parm will help with flavor.
I just made this last week. I ate the stew with rice and udon.
