Wow looks outstanding! No offense, but was not expecting edomae-style nigiri of that quality in Minneapolis and then “local” which usually to me signals I’m going to see a plated mass of salmon and albacore and tuna covered in sauces with boatloads of white rice sticking out everywhere and dollops of fake wasabi and pink ginger.
What other Sushi restaurants besides Kado No Mise in the TC metro would you recommend? I in an outer ring suburb so I don’t know the food scene in Minneapolis or St Paul too well.

It’s not cheap, but cheaper than a plane ticket. Probably the best Japanese food I’ve had outside of Japan.
