1. Sushi’s from Syun Izakaya, Hillsboro OR.

   ROF (ring of fire) – Was very tasty. The seared yellow fin added an extra depth of flavor with a hint of smoke. The yuzu also helped the flavor pop.

   Uni – The uni was multiple small pieces each popping with flavor.
