Was it crispy? Kind of looks like salmon skin.
This is called Kazunoko Kombu nigiri,Kombu is a seaweed and the white crunchie eggs surround the seaweed very delicious 🤙🤙🤙🤙
It’s called komochi kombu made with kazunoko (herring roe)
