Hello everyone!
I’m planning a trip with my friends since they missed my 1st trip back during November 2019. I never planned for somebody else (or a group this big) so I would like some advice about my planned itinerary.
The route closely follows my last trip, around the same time (November 2023) too with some new places (highlighted with **bold** ***Italic*** slant) I planned along the way.
My concern is this;
\- Is my itinerary possible?, I would like like a laid back trip, no rushing.
\- I’m pretty reserved, so maybe I missed something (something interesting, places affected because of Covid).
Thank you in advance!
P.S English is my second language, pardon the mistakes.

You are spending1full day at fushimi inari? That is **really** laid back
Since you are already going there from Osaka, you could stop by uji or kyoto
Several days have about twice as much as is actually feasible.
For instance, on day 7 choose between the Yokohama area or western Tokyo because you can’t sensibly do them both in the day (Google says it takes over two hours to travel between the Mikasa Historic Memorial Warship and the Railway Museum). I’d personally go with the Railway Museum, as it was excellent while the Mikasa was disappointing (little remains of the ship other than its hull, with the interior displays being a mix of low quality reconstructions and displays presenting nationalist revisionist accounts of Japanese history).
Similarly, on day 4 Nara deserves a full day. Walking the circuit around Nara Park takes most of a day in its own right.
I notice a lot of your plans are in the Osaka and Kyoto area (sorry in advance, I did not read the whole itinerary)
But I have a lot to recommend for Osaka:
Osaka is known as “Japan’s kitchen” and has some of the best food you’ll have anywhere in the world. I recommend planning some of your stops around foods you’d like to try.
