Is Sazae-san still a thing? I learned so many different seafood names from that show.
(Wikipedia: oh wow apparently it is, making it the longest running animated TV series.)
I love these! The end of it can be bitter, but it’s such a joy to eat. I can imagine it can seem off putting to a lot of people though.
