Long story short it breaks the syntax down. I’d be happy to talk more about it if you have some understanding already. Make sure to learn hiragana and katakana first!
what I did was to read Genki and stuff I didn’t understand I asked about online or watched youtube videos on that topic
after that just read books, it’s fun but it’s hard too
