I boil these for about 4 minutes, drain, then pan fry in hot oil. Set aside, then add to main dish.
If you want to know what the text on the pasta is saying I’d recommend DeepL as it is pretty good at translating. Especially because for a lot of Asian languages google translate has trouble.
It’s not directions for how to make the noodles, really, it’s just a sample recipe for how to stir fry them. It says things like “Choose ingredients you like that are in season. Vegetables, meat, shellfish…”
I wouldn’t worry about translating this exact recipe. Just find one online that you like and go for it.
