There are a variety of fish that can look similar, so I could certainly be wrong here. My best guess would be… suzuki on the left, hirame on the right.

Almost certainly shima aji (striped jack) on the left and tai (sea bream) on the right
Your best bet is to find a sushi restaurant with a good range of fish where there’s a sushi bar to sit at, and the chefs interact with the patrons at the bar. They are generally excited about feeding you things you will love. Show them the picture, and they’ll prepare some things that are close. If you find the thing you’re looking for, awesome! If not, you will have had a delicious introduction to some new sushi.
