I make around 3.000.000 yen yearly and live alone.

I received two coupon letter. Actually, I don’t need really use this coupon and
I’m planning apply to permanent visa in Japan. Is this aid effect my permanent visa application if I apply and receive it? As much as I know, economical stability is important for permanent visa.
