I haven’t eaten from here for years, but I’m feeling a bit lazy to cook dinner tonight and I see one in the distance outside the office window now. I’m looking for a complete meal, and not just a side salad, etc. I’ll head out of the office in about an hour or so.

And too lazy to choose for yourself. You’ve reached peak laziness.
They have some healthy choices, you just need to check the menu. I usually go for katsu curry or chicken nanban, though.
By the time you get home your meal will be Notto Hotto because of how cold today is.
Sorry I had to do that. And to answer your question, anything with a lot of vegetables in it should do the trick.
one bento is not going to make or break a healthy diet… eat the one that looks the best.
Doubt if it’s the most nutritious, but probably the best value for money (most calories for your yen) would be their Big Nori Bento, for 610Y
