First time successfully rolling sushi on my own and last week’s nigiri (first time as well)

    In both cases I would say it looks pretty heavy on the rice. You could probably use half that amount per roll or per piece of nigiri.

  2. Pretty good for your first try! I agree with the poster who said to use less rice. A little bit smaller overall might work better. Nigiri and pieces of maki are supposed to fit easily in your mouth in one bite.

    What is the light brown sauce?
