Nov 30 – Dec 14: 14 day Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara, Osaka

Hello! My wife (27/F) and I (29/F) will be traveling together to Japan for our honeymoon. She is not much of a planner, but I absolutely am. It is her first time so I want to make sure she experiences as much as she can, but hopefully without tiring her out too much. I’m also a foodie, but I haven’t planned many reservations for this trip mainly because I wanted us to explore our options.

Wife loves nintendo, cute stuff, and fish (as in aquariums, etc.) She does not eat red meat.

Day 0: Tokyo

* Fly into HND at 3:00pm.
* JR Pass/SUICA
* eSIM (we were going to use airalo, any opinions?)
* Limousine tickets to Mitsui (1 large suitcase, 2 backpacks – easier to use limousine bus or train?)
* Check into Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay (ask hotel concierge to make reservations for Udatsu during week in Tokyo, or should I call beforehand using my AmEx concierge?)

Day 1: Tokyo

* DisneyLand

Day 2: Tokyo

* Check out of Hyatt Tokyo Bay – send luggage to Hyatt Regency Tokyo (do all large hotels tend to have this option?)
* DisneySea

Day 3: Tokyo

* Tsukiji
* Nintendo Store (she loves kirby, is it worth attending? or other recs? should i do the nintendo store in Osaka instead?)
* Center Sports (I wanted to snag some Winning boxing gear for myself)
* MameShiba/Mipig cafe
* Hachiko/Shibuya Crossing
* Starbucks Reserve (we collect the reserve cups from each city we go to)
* Shibuya sky (at night)
* Shinjuku bars

Day 4: Tokyo

* Senso-ji
* Fruits Parlor
* Nakamise-dori
* Ueno Zoo
* Shopping (Grand seiko, another luggage, clothing etc.)
* Udatsu for dinner (hopefully)
* send luggage to onsen?

Day 5: Tokyo/Hakone

* teamlabs (get the reservation for the morning before we go to Hakone, if possible? if not, rearrange other dates in Tokyo)
* RomanceCar to Hakone
* Open-Air Museum
* Ropeway
* Check into Onsen (can i get some opinions for onsens? no set budget, but my wife would prefer something slightly more traditional and a private open-air bath)

We’re supposed to go to Hong Kong after our time in Japan, but I’m unsure of what else to do in Osaka that might interest her. I wanted to go to Kobe, but since she doesn’t eat red meat, I was afraid she wouldn’t enjoy it as much.

Any recs? Please let me know what I should add or take away.
