So your never ment to leave anything in tint foil ovee night. It oxidizes and seeps into the food since it is made of tin. Its not unsafe but it might cuase stomach issues. You could tey cutting off the outside and seeing if the inside is okay
It is reacting with the foil as it oxidized, which is what turns it green. Sweet potatoes do the same thing.
There is a slight possibility of issues. They are meant to be eaten after being cooked. My local yaki imo guy conveyed this info to me. Donki also had it in their imo packaging.
