When answering a question between which thing is more than something else is より included in the answer?
For example
Someone asks me:
“Soccer or baseball, which do you like better?”
If I want to reply with:
“I like baseball better.”
Would I reply in japanese with:
「野球がより好きです。」
Or:
Same with:
“Which is cheaper, (going by) bus or (by) train?”
If bus is cheaper would I reply:
「バスがより安いです。」
Or:
The second options don’t sit right with me because they translate to “I like baseball” and “The bus us cheap” instead of them being more than something else.
Thanks in advance

Soccer yori yakyuu no hoo ga suki. Densha yori bus no hoo ga yasui.
Correct me if I’m wrong but in this context I think サッカーが好き suffices
You *can* say 「サッカーがより好きです」 but this ‘より as an adverb’ is usually only used in very formal situations
