2 Test Engineer positions open at TÜV Rheinland Japan for Osaka lab. Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineers preferred.
CMS (Camera Monitoring System) testing especially needs someone asap. Starting salary can be somewhere in the range of 4.3-5 million jpy as far as I know.

Hospitality startup located in Tokyo looking for a **Finance Manager!**
Hybrid work, salary range from 7-9M depending on experience, stock options will be made available.
**Job responsibilities**:
* Lead the finance department, manage company cash flows and ensure liquidity
* Implementing robust accounting standards, compliance, and internal controls
* Hands-on management of accounting to ensure accuracy of all financial reporting (making sure the journal entries are correctly recorded)
* Work with in-house team and accounting firm to produce monthly company financial reports
* Build annual and long-term financial plan
* Ensure timely and accurate property-level financial reports to investors and real estate partners
* Manage all the payments collected and paid by company and issue necessary invoices to real estate owners
* Manage relationships with banks, lenders, other financial institutions
* Work with founders to drive company fundraising efforts, manage liquidity events and other corporate actions
**Skills required:**
* Must be willing to perform hands-on accounting tasks
* Strong financial analysis and modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., accounting / tax advisors, investors, banks)
* Strong financial knowledge (3-7 years of experience in accounting/finance)
* Very detail-oriented
* Business level English and Japanese (written and verbal)
* Startup mentality – be able to set and carry out vision for finance department at a high level, build internal systems / processes, as well as be very hands-on in completing tasks

Fun hotel startup looking for entry-level Operations Staff (multiple locations in **Tokyo**)!

We have a Junior Producer / Project Manager open.
Our company is a small design studio that works on project ranging from flying cars to architectural spaces. We are an international team (core team are transplanted Californians) with contributors on several continents.
