1. Is it sometimes called “soft roe” as well?

2. No I am not a fan but I will eat it anyway if served it. Hard to avoid at nice restaurants in the winter.

7. I’ve never had the chance to eat it, but I love roe, so I’m fairly sure I’d like it.

8. Love love love. Really smooth and silky and savory. Well-prepared, it reminds me of sweetbreads (cow thymus glands).

   Truthfully, I just like almost everything food-wise . . . 😄
