It grossed me out at the idea but I love it 😋

  1. No I am not a fan but I will eat it anyway if served it. Hard to avoid at nice restaurants in the winter.

  2. I’ve never had the chance to eat it, but I love roe, so I’m fairly sure I’d like it.

  3. Love love love. Really smooth and silky and savory. Well-prepared, it reminds me of sweetbreads (cow thymus glands).

    Truthfully, I just like almost everything food-wise . . . 😄
